This Collaborator Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Vysionia Media ("Company") and the undersigned collaborator ("Collaborator") regarding participation in the above-named project ("Project").

1. Role and Responsibilities The Collaborator agrees to perform the following role: [e.g., Artist, Musician, Writer, Animator]. Specific duties include: [List key roles, tasks, contributions or deliverables]. The Collaborator agrees to complete all assigned work by agreed deadlines and maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Ownership and Licensing The Collaborator retains ownership of their original contributions but grants Vysionia Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, distribute and promote the final combined work, including derivative content, for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

3. Royalties and Compensation Upon successful publication and distribution of the Project by Vysionia Media, the Collaborator shall receive [Insert % or fixed amount] of net revenue generated from the Project. Payments will be issued [quarterly/monthly/as agreed], and Collaborator will receive reporting on revenue performance.

6. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing if obligations are not met. In the event of termination, completed work may still be used by Vysionia Media under the license terms above and any royalty payments due for completed contributions will be honored.

7. Legal and Dispute Resolution This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
